Even if simple the gameplay is addictive. I used to play it on the iPhone 4 years ago. I downloaded it again now to discover that ads are in the playing area, so that is impossible to play without touching them and be redirected immediately spoiling the game. Its a pity.

It only crashes

Cant even open this stupid game I open it , look at the screen for maybe half a second , then the game just crashes and exits to my home screen. DONT GET

TAKE Out THE ADDS OR JUST PLAY THEM WHEN THE SESSION IS DOOOONNNNNEEEE

This game would be a fun time waster if there werent ads that ruined gameplay, as is this game is not worth the free download

The constant adds are a terrible pain in the neck and they last for about thirty seconds at a time.the second problem I had was that the game did not respond to my touch and the rope was all messed up no matter what I did I died before the first swing.

Paid to have ads removed. Still get lame ads about all there other games. This shouldnt be the case.

They need to find a better place to place the ads because when you need to get to the higher part of the building the ad is right where you want to click and then you fall down and go to the app store to download that app or look at the app otherwise the game is pretty great and its really fun to play so if they find a better place put the ads this game would probably get more five-star reviews

I have played rope and fly since #1 on my first iPod touch. I love the series Thats why Im terribly disappointed here. I likely would have paid for this one like have previously but the ad placement is so terrible you cant get a real feel for the game. You can tell the ads were placed to be a hindrance to push you to buy. Well it did the opposite. I uninstalled immediately and decided to write a review. I was happy to see and third and then promptly let down by this. Ads are fine but how can you decide the game is good enough to buy if the ads literally prevent you from playing properly???

I love the game for its simplistic design and entertaining gameplay. The game would be a lot more fun if the rope were to not be stuff when you shoot it out. Instead let it be loose so that when you are swinging you dont stop abruptly from shooting a rope to a building

I tried to tap a building, but an ad got in the way and it took me to a random place.

I loved this game so much, until ads filled up most of the game. While playing the game, the banner at the top with an ad is distracting, and causes the player to accidentally tap on it while trying to get to a higher point of a building. Not only that, but video advertisements come up constantly, with no way to skip it. I know there is a choice to remove ads for $0.99 but that glitches, and needs credit card information which does not have my trust. Great game, Terrible ads.

I really did not like this game! It is so boring!!! :(

A few years back I payed for all of the content in the store. Now, advertisements were added in and I would have to pay to remove the ads. This seems completely insane considering I already gave them money to buy something that was described as giving me all of the content. I dont want to pay for something I feel I already should have. I no longer play this game on principal.

Its pathetic that you dont even consider how your game is intended to be played when you pimp it out to advertisers. Maybe they would like to know how LESS LIKELY users are to use there products because of the poor judgement of where their advertisements are placed. In a game that is meant for time and to break your top score (less time) you would think one of the geniuses that work there would expect the users to be able to SEE THE CLOCK? Aside from the annoying adds that come up every 4-5th game, the banner on top not only effects the game play (touching buildings) it obviously hinders the ability to see the game timer. A simple fix would be to MOVE THE TIMER SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE IT. MORONS. Game play is 3-4 stars. But you get 1 for being money grubbers and putting advertisers over your users. If I could give a zero I would.
